When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, selected area of interest and the content of your message.

To protect the form against abuse, we temporarily process the sender’s IP address. It is not stored permanently.

We use the data solely to reply to your message and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep data only as long as necessary to handle your request, at most 2 years from our last communication. If we enter into a contract, we keep it for the period required by law.

Form messages are delivered using Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) and the website runs on Railway infrastructure (Railway Corp., USA). Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors.

You have the right to access your data, rectify or erase it, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to us at info@zota.sk.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
